Project: Victorian terrace Full Refurbishment and Change of Use

Transforming Oxford Street – From Offices to Luxury Apartments.

This project involved the successful refurbishment and conversion of a Victorian terraced block on London’s iconic Oxford Street, directly opposite Selfridges. The scheme delivered six high-quality residential apartments as part of a broader £7.3 million development, which also included façade restoration, reimagined retail spaces, and new Cat A office accommodation.

From inception to completion, the project encompassed full remodeling and interior design, blending heritage architecture with contemporary functionality. This milestone project was completed during Kasia’s 14-year tenure at ESA Architecture, prior to the founding of Kasia Gott Studio
