Project: Grade II Listed Terrace Townhouse Renovation

Renovation of  5-storey, Grade II listed Georgian terraced house, located in the prestigious Royal Hospital Conservation Area of Kensington and Chelsea. Kasia Gott Studio was commissioned to liaise with the Conservation and Planning Department of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea to secure planning permission for the internal remodelling of the property and the installation of an external staircase connecting the existing first-floor conservatory to the rear garden. The application required careful consideration to align with the property’s listed status and conservation area guidelines.
